Grupotel Aguait is a crescent shaped property, located two kilometres from the main resort of Cala Ratjada and two golf courses, overlooking the sea. The 188 natural toned guestrooms open onto balconies with sea or pine forest views. Hydromassages in the heated pool are also available, as well as a jetted tub, and there are shows and live music in the hotel's two bars. A courtesy room with a shower is available for the day of departure, while other practical amenities include a 24 hour front desk, a dry cleaning service, and free onsite parking. Nearby attractions include; the popular beach of Son Moll which is one kilometre away, and the multitude of shops, bars and restaurants in Cala Ratjada, which is two kilometres away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 75 kilometres from the hotel, a 90 minute drive.

Taxi fare from the airport is approximately 70 EUR. Buses also run from there to various resort centres, and the bus stop is 20 metres from the hotel. Guests can catch buses from the bus stop to most parts of the island. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Bicycles and scooters are also popular.
